HRH the Crown Prince Congratulates Samoa Head of State on Independence Day

His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, has sent a cable of congratulations to Head of State of the Independent State of Samoa Tuimalealiifano Vaaletoa Sualauvi II on his country's Independence Day.
