
Tourism Call Center 930 Offers Round-the-Clock Support for Hajj Pilgrims
The Ministry of Tourism’s Unified Tourism Call Center (930) is operating around the clock during the Hajj season 1446 AH to support pilgrims by handling their inquiries and feedback on hospitality services and tourism activities in Makkah.
The ministry has worked efficiently and promptly to address all complaints received from pilgrims through the center, ensuring their comfort in coordination with relevant government agencies. These collaborative and integrated efforts aim to enable pilgrims to perform their rituals with ease and tranquility.
