Human Resources Ministry Wins Eight Awards at International Customer Experience Awards
The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development won eight international awards at the International Customer Experience Awards 2025, held in London, alongside the participation of government and private-sector entities from around the world.
The ministry earned the Gold Award for “Best Use of Beneficiary Feedback” for its model that uses beneficiary insights as a strategic driver of improvement through structured listening, analysis, prioritization, and impact measurement.
The Qiwa platform also received Gold Awards in the “Best User Experience” and “Best Complaint Handling” categories. Meanwhile, the Musaned platform earned the Gold Award for “Best Contact Center” and the Silver Award for “Best Citizen Experience.”
The ministry also received a Bronze Award for “Best Innovation in Beneficiary Experience” for its “Zero Target” initiative, which digitizes branch services via a beneficiary voice system, a virtual branch, and proactive communication.
