Alfaisal University Recognized Among Stanford’s Top 2% Scientists Worldwide

Alfaisal University has announced that 14 of its researchers have been included in Stanford University’s annual list of the world’s top 2% scientists for 2024, based on data analysis from the Scopus research citation database, one of the most reputable global references for assessing research quality and impact. This recognition highlights the growing international status of Saudi universities on the global academic stage.

 The list is divided into two main categories: career-long impact, which reflects long-term scientific contributions, and annual impact, which highlights recent, high-impact research.

 Several Alfaisal University faculty members were featured in both categories for their distinguished achievements across various scientific disciplines.

 This achievement reaffirms Alfaisal University’s leading role in advancing scientific research in Saudi Arabia. It aligns with the Saudi Vision 2030 objectives of building a knowledge-based economy driven by innovation and academic excellence.
