Islamic Affairs Ministry Completes Preparations to Receive Second Group of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques' Umrah Program Guests

The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance has completed preparations to receive the second group of guests under the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques' Guests Program for Umrah and Visitation for the year 1448 AH. The group is scheduled to arrive in Madinah on Wednesday before proceeding to Makkah to perform Umrah.

 The program follows the approval of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud to host 1,000 pilgrims at his personal expense, divided into four groups during the year.

 The second group comprises 250 pilgrims from 23 countries across Europe and Asia: Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Serbia, Montenegro, Greece, Bulgaria, Romania, Slovenia, France, the United Kingdom, Spain, Germany, Moldova, Austria, Slovakia, Estonia, Poland, Switzerland, Iraq, Jordan, and Syria.

 The ministry has prepared a comprehensive program for the pilgrims during their stay in Madinah, including visits to Al-Rawdah Al-Sharifah, Quba Mosque, the Uhud Martyrs Cemetery, Mount Uhud, and the King Fahd Glorious Quran Printing Complex. The itinerary also includes visits to the International Fair and Museum of the Prophet's Biography and Islamic Civilization before the pilgrims travel to Makkah to perform Umrah.

 During their stay in Makkah, the guests will also visit the King Abdulaziz Complex for the Holy Kaaba Kiswa and the Revelation Exhibition.
