“Amaar Mining” Signs Alliance Agreement with Canadian “Power Metallic” for Cooperation on Mining Licenses in Saudi Arabia

“Amaar Mining” Company announced the signing of an alliance agreement with Canadian “Power Metallic” for cooperation in jointly preparing, submitting, and following up on mining license applications in Saudi Arabia. This move demonstrates the company's strategy to strengthen its presence in the sector and build high-quality international partnerships.

Representatives of both parties attended the signing ceremony. Mr. Conor Lynch, Vice President of Business Development, represented “Power Metallic” Canada, while Mr. Naser Fahad Al-Qahtani, the CEO, represented “Amaar Mining”.

This agreement seeks to merge the technical and operational expertise of both parties, improving the efficiency of preparing mining license applications and boosting competitiveness in acquiring these licenses, all in line with the highest professional and regulatory standards in the Kingdom.
