Saudi National Team Concludes Austin Preparations and Departs for Miami Ahead of Uruguay Match

The Saudi Arabian national football team concluded its preparations on Saturday with a closed training session at 4:00 p.m. at Q2 Stadium in Austin before departing for Miami, Florida, where it will face Uruguay in its opening match of the FIFA World Cup 2026 ™.

 The Saudi team held their training session at Q2 Stadium under the supervision of head coach Georgios Donis. The session began with warm-up exercises, followed by possession drills and tactical work, before the coach conducted a practice match on one-third of the pitch. Training concluded with set-piece exercises as the team finalized preparations for the tournament opener.
