Dr. Al-Issa: The Museum, under the MWL's Supervision, Highlights the Proofs of Faith and Prophethood and Responds to Misconceptions

His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Ghazouani, President of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania, together with His Excellency Sheikh Dr. Muhammad bin Abdulkarim Al-Issa, the Secretary General of the Muslim World League and General Supervisor of the Museums of the Prophetic Biography and Islamic Civilization, inaugurated the Prophetic Biography Museum in the Mauritanian capital, Nouakchott. The new branch is part of the Museum’s broader international expansion plan, which originates from its main headquarters in Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah.

In his address during the opening ceremony, Dr. Al-Issa expressed his deep joy at inaugurating what he described as “the most noble museum for the most noble life”—the Museum of the Prophetic Biography. He noted that the museum operates under the supervision of the Muslim World League and is dedicated to highlighting the evidences of Prophethood in particular and the tenets of faith in general, while addressing misconceptions regardless of their source or intent.

Dr. Al-Issa also touched on the noble character and life of the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, emphasizing that his exemplary qualities are deeply ingrained in the heart of every true believer who follows the guidance of Islam. He added that the museum plays a vital role in reinforcing this faith through enhanced intellectual and spiritual awareness.

He further noted that the museum portrays key events and scenes from the Prophet’s life—in full adherence to Islamic guidelines—allowing visitors to experience, in a scholarly and immersive manner, the spiritual essence and uplifting presence of the Prophetic era, as if journeying through its sacred moments.
