Saudi Arabian Scouts Association and "Tatweer Education Holding" Strengthen Partnership to Serve Pilgrims for Hajj Season 1447 AH

The Saudi Arabian Scouts Association, in partnership with Tatweer Education Holding Company and its subsidiaries, has announced the full readiness of public service camps in Makkah and the Holy Sites for the Hajj season of 1447 AH. This comes as part of a national partnership aimed at supporting scouting efforts and enhancing camp readiness to serve the guests of Allah.

This year’s field partnership included managing and operating the camps, providing logistical and support services, establishing advanced technical and administrative infrastructure, and activating safety, security, and medical service systems. This integrated operational framework was completed within a short timeframe through the collective efforts of more than 450 operational and technical personnel from across the group’s companies, contributing to the creation of an ideal field environment that supports scouts and enables them to carry out their noble mission of serving pilgrims with efficiency and excellence.

Dr. Mohammed Al-Sayed, Secretary-General of the Saudi Arabian Scouts Association, stated that this strategic partnership with Tatweer Education Holding represents a leading model of integration and alignment between national entities in supporting Hajj operations. He noted that the group’s advanced logistical and technical capabilities directly contributed to empowering thousands of scouts, rovers, leaders, and female scout leaders to carry out their field responsibilities in guidance, organization, and support across the Holy Sites with professionalism and competence.

He added that these joint efforts reflect the Kingdom’s values of national responsibility and embody the honorable image of the young men and women of Saudi Arabia in fulfilling this great duty. They also represent a living example of the continuous care and exceptional support provided by the wise leadership — may Allah protect them — toward ensuring the comfort and safety of pilgrims.

Eng. Metab Al-Shahrani, Tatweer Group CEO, commented: "We are proud at Tatweer Group to be a partner in this national initiative by leveraging our operational, technical, and logistical capabilities to support the readiness of the Saudi Arabian Scouts Association's public service camps. We firmly believe that this integration is an extension of the generous support and unlimited empowerment provided by our wise leadership—may Allah protect them—to all sectors serving Hajj, ensuring that scouts are fully equipped to carry out their field duties with the highest levels of readiness and efficiency."
