Rainy Weather Adds Scenic Charm to Eid Al-Fitr in Aseer
Aseer Region is witnessing rainy conditions during Eid Al-Fitr, creating scenic landscapes and adding a distinctive atmosphere to the celebrations. Highlands and plains have transformed into vibrant views, with rainfall, hail, and dense fog covering mountain peaks.
SPA’s camera captured layers of hail on mountain roads, forming a white cover, alongside thick cumulonimbus clouds. Agricultural terraces benefited from rainfall, reflecting the impact of weather in revitalizing the land.
All governorates and centers in the region recorded heavy rainfall, leading to cooler temperatures and greener landscapes. Tourist sites and parks saw increased turnout from residents and visitors during the Eid holiday.
Heavy rains also caused valleys to flow, with streams filling and water running through valley beds, creating striking natural scenes. These conditions helped replenish water reserves and enhance vegetation, while visitors observed them with caution and adherence to safety guidelines.
Fog moving across neighborhoods and highlands added visual appeal during Eid, enhancing the experience for visitors seeking mild weather and scenic views.
These scenes highlight Aseer Region’s environmental and tourism assets, reinforcing its status as a preferred destination throughout the year, especially during rainy seasons that coincide with holidays.
