NHC to Build 1,290 Units in Al-Woroud Front Worth over SAR651 Million

The National Housing Company (NHC) signed an agreement with Saleh Al-Abdullah Al-Muhanna Company for Trading and Contracting to build 1,290 residential units in the Al-Woroud Front in Al-Ahsa Governorate, with a total value exceeding SAR651 million, as part of NHC's ongoing efforts to provide diverse housing options that enhance quality of life.

 The agreement, signed on the sidelines of Cityscape Global Exhibition 2025, aims to develop the Al-Woroud Front with diverse housing options featuring designs that meet all aspirations.

 Al-Woroud Front is one of NHC’s key urban projects in Al-Ahsa, offering modern infrastructure and integrated community and commercial services, reflecting the company’s commitment to providing a residential environment that combines quality of life, sustainability, and urban integration.

 The agreement reflects NHC's commitment to expanding its partnerships with the private sector, both locally and internationally, and advancing development in Saudi cities as part of its ongoing efforts to build integrated urban destinations that enhance quality of life and support Saudi Vision 2030’s goal of raising homeownership among citizens to 70%.
