Human Resources Ministry Updates Qiwa Platform Compliance Rules for Employment Contracts
The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development announced an update to compliance requirements for documenting employment contracts through the Qiwa platform, raising the target compliance rate to 85% starting April 30, 2026, followed by a second phase increasing the rate to 90% by June 30, 2026.
The ministry noted that the compliance rate is calculated by comparing the number of documented contracts to the total number of employee contracts at each establishment, allowing employers to monitor their performance accurately and clearly. The update to the rules comes as part of the ministry’s efforts to enhance compliance with labor regulations, raise the level of transparency, and safeguard the rights of all parties to the contractual relationship.
The ministry called on all establishments to review undocumented employment contracts and complete documentation procedures through the Qiwa platform to ensure the required compliance rate is met and to avoid any difficulties that may affect access to services linked to compliance indicators.
