Now serving as Executive Chef of the Demind Group, Chef Tim is the creative force behind acclaimed concepts like Bagatelle, OPA, La Niña, and Casa Myrra. His strength lies in his ability to fluidly transition between culinary styles—bringing reimagined French elegance to Bagatelle, preserving Greek authenticity at OPA, elevating Iberian Latino cuisine at La Niña, and creating a seamless fusion of Greek and Spanish influences at Casa Myrra.
