Advanced Guidance Services Enhance Spiritual Experience for Prophet’s Mosque Visitors
The Prophet’s Mosque witnesses large numbers of worshippers from diverse nationalities during the Umrah season, supported by a comprehensive system of field operations. The General Authority for the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque provides around-the-clock guidance and operational and awareness services to ensure the comfort, safety, and spiritual fulfillment of visitors.
These services include guidance for the organized entry and exit of worshippers through 100 gates, with awareness messages broadcast on screens at mosque entrances and courtyards. The messages help direct crowds and maintain smooth movement through the corridors, using a technology-based guidance system designed to enrich the spiritual experience for Umrah performers and visitors.
Field operations involve preparing pathways under the Madinah Humanization Program, aimed at facilitating safe and convenient access to the mosque from various directions.
Additional services include golf-cart transportation for the elderly, childcare support through the Children's Nursery Center initiative, and awareness efforts by the authority aimed at providing multilingual telephone guidance, scientific lessons, and educational and awareness lectures to meet the needs of all visitors.
