ROSHNEXT Partners with AI Singapore, ACE.SG to Accelerate Real Estate Transformation

ROSHN Group, the national multi-asset real estate developer and a Public Investment Fund (PIF) company, has signed several agreements with Singaporean institutions under the umbrella of its innovation arm, ROSHNEXT.
 The agreements, signed with AI Singapore and the Action Community for Entrepreneurship (ACE.SG), aim to foster the exchange of ideas and expertise between ROSHN and its Singaporean counterparts by leveraging technology to develop innovative solutions that will transform the real estate sector.
 This collaboration is part of ROSHNEXT’s efforts to accelerate real estate development in the Kingdom, in line with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030, through partnerships with leading entities in entrepreneurship and technology.
 The agreement with ACE.SG includes the establishment of a strategic platform to build international innovation partnerships. Through this cooperation, ROSHN will engage with Singapore’s startup ecosystem to enable joint ventures, develop transformative solutions, and lead innovation in the real estate sector, helping address current development challenges and reshape the future of living.
 Launched in May 2017, the AI Singapore program brings together all research institutions and the national artificial intelligence ecosystem in Singapore. Through this partnership, ROSHN aims to drive AI-powered digital transformation in the real estate sector by developing targeted solutions to address specific industry challenges and accelerating their deployment through joint pilot initiatives.
 The agreements were signed during a visit by ROSHN representatives to Singapore, where they explored avenues of collaboration with Singaporean entities in the real estate field as part of the ROSHNEXT innovation program.
