Grand Mosque Offers Various Services through Unified Transportation Platform

The General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque has enhanced mobility services for pilgrims and worshippers through the updated unified transportation platform, marking a significant improvement in the ease and efficiency of booking transportation at the Grand Mosque.
 The platform now allows users to pre-book wheelchairs and golf carts, while specifying their preferred destination, date, and time. It also offers electronic payment options and full technical support to ensure a seamless experience.
 According to the authority, the upgraded platform features a redesigned interface to enhance user experience for pilgrims, supports unified access via the Nafath national authentication system, and offers flexible payment options, including Apple Pay.
 Available in seven languages, the platform features a spatial guidance system that clearly indicates the locations of wheelchairs and carts, including paid and free options.
