Saudi Cycling Teams Prepare for Continental Events in Aseer Training Camp

The Saudi cycling teams are continuing their intensive training camp in Aseer Region as part of a comprehensive preparation plan for the upcoming Asian and continental championships.
The camp includes 60 male and female athletes from various categories, all participating in a rigorous training program with morning and evening sessions. The exercises range from technical and fitness drills on the road to gym workouts, ascent and descent techniques, and long-distance endurance training, all aimed at enhancing the cyclists’ physical and technical performance.
Running until the end of October 2025, the program also provides medical awareness sessions on sports nutrition, injury prevention, and recovery techniques. These sessions reflect the commitment of the technical and medical staff to enhancing athletes' performance both on and off the track.
This camp underscores the Saudi Cycling Federation's efforts to strengthen the competitiveness of the national teams and achieve results that reflect the ambitions of Saudi sports at continental and international levels.
