KSGAAL Hamza Arabic Proficiency Test Joins European ALTE Association
The King Salman Global Academy for Arabic Language (KSGAAL) has announced that its Hamza academic proficiency test is now an official member of the Association of Language Testers in Europe (ALTE), marking a significant leap in the institutional progress of the academy and establishing the Hamza test as a globally recognized tool for documenting Arabic proficiency.
KSGAAL Secretary-General Dr. Abdullah Al-Washmi stated that this membership validates the rigorous scientific methodology used to develop the test, which evaluates the four essential language skills—listening, speaking, reading, and writing—through an integrated digital platform. It allows non-native speakers to accurately determine their proficiency levels and align them with the most effective educational programs.
By joining ALTE, the Hamza test aligns with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), the global gold standard for language assessment, to ensure that Arabic proficiency is measured against the same quality benchmarks as other major languages.
