Ministry of Tourism Continues Inspections in Makkah to Ensure Quality Services for Pilgrims

The Ministry of Tourism is continuing its inspection tours of hospitality facilities in Makkah, as part of its efforts to ensure the quality of services provided to pilgrims throughout their stay until their safe return to their home countries.
 These inspections aim to verify that hotels and related facilities comply with the highest standards of service and comfort, ensuring an exceptional hospitality experience for pilgrims.
 The initiative is part of the ministry’s broader plan to enhance service quality in the Holy Capital, which also includes awareness campaigns and coordination with relevant authorities to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
 The ministry encourages pilgrims to report any concerns or complaints by contacting the Unified Tourism Center at (930), in a step aimed at continuously improving service levels and ensuring a seamless experience for all pilgrims.
