Two Holy Mosques Authority Urges Adherence to Guidelines, Highlights Luggage Services

The General Authority for the Care of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque Affairs is urging visitors to follow guidelines and avoid crowding in the Mataf (circumambulation) area. The authority specifically emphasizes not pushing others during Tawaf and refraining from bringing luggage inside. To enhance the overall visitor experience, a secure luggage storage service is available, offering a safe solution for personal belongings during worship.
The service offers convenient drop-off and pick-up centers at various locations, including main gate collection points. It features secure storage with continuous monitoring and an advanced electronic tracking system via QR codes for quick and safe retrieval.
To use the service, visitors register their luggage and receive a smart wristband; belongings are then transferred to monitored storage areas. The 24-hour service is accessible at centers within the Grand Mosque area, near the Makkah Library, the Guest Care Center, and specific points on Ajyad Street.
