General Authority of Two Holy Mosques Offers Free Tahallul Service at Grand Mosque

The General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque has provided a free tahallul (ritual hair cutting) service in the courtyards of the Grand Mosque, as part of efforts to enhance the quality of services offered to visitors.

 The authority stated that the service is delivered by dedicated, fully equipped mobile units, supervised by qualified personnel, and implemented in accordance with the highest health and safety standards. This service ensures a safe, well-organized experience for beneficiaries and facilitates the performance of rituals with ease and reassurance. The authority noted that the service is part of an integrated on-site service system designed to improve pilgrims' experience, accommodate the needs of older people and persons with disabilities, and ensure smooth movement in the Grand Mosque's courtyards during peak times.

 The authority affirmed its continued commitment to developing its services and improving delivery mechanisms in line with the aspirations of the wise leadership in serving the Two Holy Mosques and their visitors, and to ensuring a safe and healthy environment that enables pilgrims and worshippers to complete their rituals with comfort and ease.
