Ministry of Hajj and Umrah Delivers New Awareness Model to Pilgrim Affairs Offices

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has completed the distribution of a new Comprehensive Awareness Model to all pilgrim affairs offices, aiming to improve pilgrim education and overall Hajj experiences.
 The model provides a clear, standardized framework to help offices educate pilgrims more effectively. It is based on international best practices and ensures that awareness efforts are unified and easy to implement.
 Each Hajj mission can choose one of three levels of implementation, depending on its capacity and available resources. The Ministry, through the Pilgrims Awareness Center, will provide full support to help offices apply the model effectively.
 The Ministry urged all pilgrim affairs offices to begin incorporating the comprehensive awareness model into their plans for the upcoming 1447 AH Hajj season.
