'Monsha’at' Begins Participation in Slush 2025 in Finland to Boost International Expansion of Promising Saudi Companies
The Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority (Monsha’at) began its participation in Slush 2025 today in Helsinki, Finland, one of the world’s leading global gatherings for entrepreneurship and future technologies that annually attracts thousands of investors, entrepreneurs, and technology innovators from around the world.
On the opening day, the Saudi delegation attended conference sessions and specialized activities at Slush and took part in the Investor Mixer, an investment networking event organized by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology and the National Technology Development Program (NTDP). The event brings together international investors and Saudi and global technology companies on a platform designed to build partnerships and create joint funding opportunities.
Monsha’at is also running an accompanying program through November 21 to familiarize Saudi entrepreneurs with the Finnish innovation ecosystem. The schedule includes field visits to universities, accelerators, and startup communities at Aalto University, A Grid, and Aalto Design Factory, along with meetings between the delegation and Finnish innovation and investment organizations.
Monsha’at stressed that participation in Slush is an extension of its efforts to support promising Saudi companies in expanding internationally, connect them to global markets, and enable their presence at major international events in a way that reinforces the Kingdom’s position as an influential entrepreneurial hub in the global digital economy.
