Prophet's Mosque Guest Care Centers Serve over 88,000 in First Ten Days of Ramadan
The guest care centers at the Prophet’s Mosque recorded over 88,000 beneficiaries during the first ten days of Ramadan, as part of the services provided by the General Authority for the Care & Management of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque.
Through centers across the southern and northern courtyards, the authority continues to welcome visitors from the moment they arrive, offering a comprehensive suite of services.
The centers provide religious and directional guidance, multilingual support, responses to inquiries, assistance with “Nusuk” services, wheelchair lending, help for lost individuals, ambulance services, and the safety bracelet program for elderly visitors and children.
Centers 331 and 301 operate 24 hours a day, while centers 307, 329, and 339 are open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., ensuring the needs of visitors are met, particularly during the surge of Umrah performers during Ramadan.
These efforts are part of an integrated system designed to enhance the pilgrim experience, enabling visitors to perform their rituals in an organized and reassuring environment while elevating service quality for Umrah performers and worshippers throughout the blessed month.
