Industry Ministry Achieves 'Great Place to Work' Certification

 The Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources celebrated today its achievement of the Great Place to Work® Certification™ for 2025, awarded by the global authority on workplace culture in recognition of its efforts to foster an attractive and empowering work environment for national talent. The ceremony was attended by Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources Bandar Alkhorayef.

 The ministry is implementing a range of employee on boarding programs and human-capital development initiatives that have enhanced the competitiveness of its workplace environment.

 These include the leadership talent development program “Qimam,” the Youth Growth Program “YGP,” the provision of integrated digital services for employees, and continuous improvements to the employee experience, in addition to the professional management of the ministry’s facilities to ensure a safe and optimal working environment.

 The Great Place to Work® Certification™ is awarded to government entities, private-sector companies, and nonprofit institutions that meet the highest standards of workplace quality.
