Shura Council Speaker Receives Qatari Delegation to Strengthen Parliamentary Ties
The Speaker of the Shura Council, Sheikh Dr. Abdullah bin Mohammed bin Ibrahim Al Al-Sheikh, has welcomed a delegation from Qatar's Shura Council at the council's headquarters in Riyadh. The Qatari delegation, led by the Chairman of the Legal and Legislative Affairs Committee, Dr. Sultan bin Hassan Aldosari,, included several council members and was received in the presence of the Minister of State and Cabinet Member for Shura Council Affairs, Dr Issam bin Saad bin Saeed.
Sheikh Dr. Al Al-Sheikh highlighted the depth of the strong and historical relations between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Qatar, emphasizing the importance of enhancing parliamentary cooperation to achieve shared goals and serve the interests of both nations. The discussions focused on strengthening bilateral parliamentary collaboration and maximizing the legislative capabilities of both councils to meet mutual aspirations.
