Saudi Press Agency Signs MoU with Syrian Arab News Agency

The Saudi Press Agency (SPA) today signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA), aimed at cooperation in news exchange as well as technical collaboration between the two agencies, in a manner that contributes to strengthening and developing media cooperation between both sides.

 The signing ceremony took place during a visit by a delegation from SANA to SPA’s headquarters in Riyadh, in the presence of SPA Acting President Hassan Al-Asmari and SANA Director General Ziad al-Mahamid.

 During the meeting, cordial discussions took place, covering media-related topics of mutual interest and ways to enhance cooperation between the two agencies.

 The Syrian delegation toured the news sector and its affiliated departments, and also visited the SPA Academy for News Training, where they were briefed on the latest technologies used in news production, reporting, and media content.
