Saudi Business Center to Participate in Zakat, Tax, Customs Conference
The Saudi Business Center (SBC) is participating in the Zakat, Tax, and Customs Conference titled "Shaping Tomorrow for a Sustainable Economy and Enhanced Security," held in Riyadh on December 4-5 under the patronage of Minister of Finance and Chairman of the Board of the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Jadaan.
The conference highlights the use of modern technologies to improve efficiency in zakat, tax, and customs operations, promoting transparency and regulatory compliance. The SBC's participation will showcase its role in facilitating business startups and operations as well as improving the business environment. This includes proposing policy improvements and collaborating with government partners to review, streamline, and make processes more cost-effective, aligning with global best practices to create an attractive business environment that enhances the growth of the national economy.
SBC representatives will present the center's integrated work model that involves collaboration with 74 government partners in the business sector. Through this collaboration, the SBC provides access to services through its branches and online platform, including its 19 physical branches across 15 cities in Saudi Arabia.
Since its establishment in 2019, the SBC has provided approximately 6.4 million services to the business sector through its platform in collaboration with relevant government entities, contributing to the Kingdom’s efforts to rank among the world's top nations for the quality and accessibility of government business services.
