KSrelief-Funded Cholera Response Project in Yemen Serves 1,783 Individuals in One Week
The emergency cholera response project in Yemen, supported by the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (KSrelief), provided medical services to 1,783 individuals from November 19 to 25, 2025. Comprehensive cholera screenings were conducted at airports and border crossings in several regions, with no suspected or confirmed cases reported. Additionally, 292 awareness sessions were held, benefiting 6,223 individuals.
The project aims to reduce infection rates and limit cholera spread through preventive measures, including screening travelers and supplying health facilities with necessary medical resources.
