Financial Academy Launches Women Leadership Development Initiative

The Financial Academy launched the Women Leadership Development initiative, a strategic national program designed to enhance women's leadership across the financial services sector in Saudi Arabia. The launch brought together women leaders, regulatory bodies, financial institutions, and academic and strategic partners.
CEO of the Financial Academy Mana Alkhamsan said that the initiative was developed in partnership with London Business School and the Centre for Governance. It offers an integrated leadership track that combines executive training, professional mentoring, and board membership preparation.
The initiative targets more than 2,000 leaders across the financial services sector.
The initiative supports Saudi Vision 2030 targets to increase women's participation in the labor market and enhance diversity in the financial sector. It also aligns with the objectives of the Financial Sector Development Program.
