Buraidah Central Hospital Obtains ISO Certification in Food Safety

Buraidah Central Hospital has achieved ISO 22000:2018 certification for its food safety management system after completing the assessment stages.

 The Qassim Health Cluster announced that this certification was awarded following a comprehensive verification process that ensured the hospital's operational practices comply with internationally recognized food safety standards. These standards cover various aspects, including food storage, transportation, preparation, and distribution, while also adhering to public health and food quality requirements within the hospital.

 The cluster highlighted that Buraidah Central Hospital's certification is part of its continuous efforts to enhance the efficiency of food services provided at its healthcare facilities. By implementing best practices in quality and food safety systems, the hospital aims to improve patient safety and overall patient experience.

 This initiative aligns with the goals of the Health Sector Transformation Program within Saudi Vision 2030.
