WTA Finals: Gauff Advances to Semis, Canadian-New Zealand Duo Secures Second Consecutive Win

The fourth day of the Women’s Tennis Association (WTA) Finals continued at the indoor arena of King Saud University in Riyadh, hosted by the Saudi Tennis Federation, supervised by the Ministry of Sport and sponsored by the Public Investment Fund.
In the doubles category, Gabriela Dabrowski from Canada and Erin Routliffe from New Zealand scored a hard-fought win in the White group, defeating Italy’s Jasmine Paolini and Sara Errani in three sets. In another doubles match, Taiwan’s Hao-Ching Chan and Russia’s Veronika Kudermetova edged out Americans Desirae Krawczyk and Caroline Dolehide, also in three sets.
In the singles category, American Coco Gauff clinched a spot in the semifinals from the Orange group by defeating Poland’s Iga Świątek in straight sets.
Barbora Krejčíková of the Czech Republic secured a straight-sets victory over American Jessica Pegula, boosting her chances of advancing to the semifinals.
