Najran Heritage Festival Spotlights Traditional Crafts and Local Produce

The handicrafts pavilion at the Najran heritage festival, organized by the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture branch near the Historical Palace of the Emirate, has drawn crowds with displays reflecting the region's rich cultural legacy.
The exhibition features specialized pavilions for traditional Najrani crafts, including woven mats, baskets, fans, brooms, and traditional oil presses.
Artisans noted that these heritage products remain highly popular both locally and regionally due to their durability and quality craftsmanship. They emphasized that participating in the festival provides excellent marketing opportunities to display their work.
The event continues to see a growing turnout across all its sections, which also showcase local dates, citrus fruits, honey, and family-run agricultural projects.
