Two Holy Mosques Authority Enhances Luggage Storage Services for Ramadan

The General Authority for the Care of the Two Holy Mosques has developed five dedicated luggage storage centers for pilgrims and visitors to the Two Holy Mosques during Ramadan, aiming to facilitate the movement of worshippers and enhance comfort and organization.

The authority stated that four luggage storage centers have been established at the Grand Mosque. These are located in the western courtyard behind Lavatory No. 6, on Ajyad Street next to Lavatory No. 1, in the eastern courtyard near the Makkah Library, and in the services building of the Third Saudi Expansion.

Luggage collection points have also been designated at several main entrances to the Grand Mosque, including King Abdulaziz Gate (1), King Fahd Gate (79), the Umrah Gate, and Gate (100).

At the Prophet’s Mosque, a luggage storage center has been established between exits 365 and 366 to serve visitors and facilitate movement within the mosque’s courtyards and facilities.

The authority confirmed that luggage storage is available free of charge for up to four hours and operates 24 hours a day as part of ongoing efforts to enhance services for pilgrims and visitors.
